Toda esa esquina va a ser demolida para prolongar la Avenida Diagonal Sur hasta la 9 de Julio (un proyecto de hace casi 80 años aun no terminado). El nuevo edificio se adapta a esta realidad, pues está más "atras". Sin embargo, ojalá pudieran salvar la cúpula y ensamblarla en otro lado. Ese edificio estaba “condenado” desde hace décadas.
