@Marc: I’ve always enjoyed their pasta. I think that’s all I’ve ever had there as far as food goes. I’ll have to try the milanesa.

And what of the food at Hipopotamo? The Milanesa a la Marilyn was huge, and the best thing I ever ate that had canned peas on it. The cervesa negra artisanal is a bit skanky, but I had a second mug.

I love the second photo because it’s really evocative of that experience of just staring out a cafe window until you realize everything is a little blurry and you’re not really looking at anything anymore because you’re lost in thought.
